Submitted By bdoney on Monday, November 16, 2009
The boys had chip on there shoulder in there game against the Arran Elderslie Ice Dogs as they were coming of there first lose of the season the boys didnt want the trend to continue.

The boys came out of the gates a little bit slow in this game but managed to pick up there game in the later half of the first period and they came out of the period leading the game 4-1. The first goal of the game was scored by Tyler Kirkpatrick the goal was unassisted and then from this point on the boys didn't look back as they potted another one quickly scored by scott Donald and assisted by Simon Griffith and then the boys gave up a goal to make it a tight game again and this didn't bother the boys as they came back with 2 more of there own scored by Brock Doney and assisted by Justin Byers and Brad Corley to finish the first period Spencer shaw Scored an unassisted goal.
The Boys opened the second on fire as they potted 5 more in the second to be in control of the game going into the third period.  Goal scorers in the 2nd period were Brock Doney Scoring His 2nd and 3rd  goals of the game the second coming unassisted and the 3rd was unassisted by the Curtis Zippel. Then adding more insurance was Simon Griffith assisted by Tyler Kirkpatrick. Kirkpatrick would then go on to score his 2nd and 3rd of the game on assisted by Scott Donald and Simon Griffith and the other came unassisted. That ended the scoring in the second and going into the 3rd the rams were in control with a 9-1 score.

The boys had scored 9 goals 2 previous times this season and they wanted that elusive 10th in this game and they came out in the third after coach Tim Zippel agreed top some line changes and got that goal scored by Justin Byers unassisted and that ended the scoring in the game as the boys came back off there first lose of the season with a 10-1 win in Paisley. Wait to rebound boys good effort
