Rams Outplay Tornadoes
On the 30th of January the Rams hosted the TNT Tornadoes.

Mount Forest came out hard against the Tornadoes with Luke Eurig breaking in all alone and snapping a wrist shot passed the goaltender - drawing the lone assist was Ashton Hall.  TNT responded three and a half minutes later tieing it a 1.

The Rams owned the puck for the 1st and 2nd periods peppering the TNT goalie but were unable to break the tie.

Early in the 3rd the Tornadoes scored putting them up 2-1.  But Mount Forest as they have done all year did not give up and kept the pressure coming.  The Rams hard work paid off with Owen Troyer going hard to the net and stuffing in the rebound from a Dylan Dallaire shot - tieing it up again.  Less than a minute later the Tornadoes caught a break when the puck slid out in front of the Rams net and they made no mistake taking the lead on Mount Forest 3-2.  From that point on the Rams came at TNT in waves with the Tornado goalie standing tall. Mount Forest pulled out all the stops - pulling their goalie for an extra attacker.  With under a minute to go - Eurig ripped a shot that beat the Tornado netminder but not the crossbar.
That's as close as Mount Forest would get with the final score TNT - 3 and Rams - 2.

Well done Rams another great effort!
