After 3 consecutive 1 goal games you would think it could not get any closer. You would be wrong game 5 was closer. Hanover scored 1st only to see the Rams tie the game immediately in the next minute of play. Then it was the Rams turn to take the lead only to see Hanover knot the score at 2-2 late in the third.
Mount Forest killed off a penalty in the final 2 minutes of the 3rd. Despite several close chances by both teams in overtime the game ended in a tie. Forcing a game 6 in Mount Forest on Tuesday night at 6.15pm.
