Two Road Games = Two Wins for the Rams
The Pee Wee C Girls had two road games last weekend against two of the top ranked teams in their division.  The Saugeen Shores Storm and West Grey!

The first game the Rams had was against The Saugeen Shores Storm in Port Elgin.  The last time the Rams went to Port Elgin and faced off with the Storm they lost 5-0.  The Storm were the only team in the Rams division that they have not beat and this was about to change.  This game was an amazing effort by both teams and an all out great game to watch.  It wasn't until the second period that the Rams would start the scoring.  Morgan Flanagan would get the scoring started assisted by Jasmine Malott.  The Storm kept coming and would get one of their own in the second to tie up the game.  In the final minutes of the second the Rams would strike again and Taylor Mclellan would put the Rams ahead by one again.  The third period was full of exciting opportunities for both teams but neither goaltender would surrender another goal and the Rams went on to win 2-1.  Another Great Game and Excellent effort from the Rams!!!!

The second game of the weekend the Rams went to Ayton to battle West Grey.  Every time these two teams meet its always an exciting game.  The last two games between the Rams and West Grey have ended in a tie.  It didn't take long for the Rams to get the scoring started and within the first 4 minutes Taylor Mclellan would put the Rams ahead by one, assisted by Kyla Pacheco.  The rest of the first period was back and forth action but the Rams were able to hold on to the one goal lead.  The second period was another great effort by both teams but the defense and great goal tending would prevent any goals from being scored.  In the third the Rams would add to their lead with a amazing individual effort by Haven Leblanc.  West Grey would continue to pressure but the Rams would not back down and won the game 2-0.  Congrats to Marissa Cottingham for her 8th Shut out of the season and a solid effort from the entire Rams team.  Keep up the Great work!!!!
