U-15 Rams Win at the Home Rink
Sunday night home games must be a favourite for the Local League team as they beat the Minto Mad Dogs 6-2 today. Even without their at-home personal DJ, the Rams were able to shake off yesterday's defeats and pull together a team effort to shine in tonight's game.
Minto was first on the scoreboard but Mount Forest didn't let the period close out without responding with a bar down goal from the left wing by #7 Liam W.
Net minder Silas S. was sharp in the second period denying Minto any digits on the board, while the Rams marked three from #16 Nolan D., #7 Liam W. and #16 Madden.
Minto was able to score their second goal with 1:29 left in the third period. The boys rallied hard in the dying minutes to score two more from #18 Troy A. and #16 Madden.
