REVISED YEAR END EVENT
Good Evening Atom Reps & Parents,
So we have a new plan for our year-end event, based on the schedule of the Owen Sound Attack. Now that they are in the second round, they are playing the Plymouth Whalers. This should be some EXCELLENT hockey!
Bad news: there are no Saturday games. No Friday games either.... Therefore, we can get tickets for Monday, April 11. The game is at 7:05 p.m. which is going to make having a group meal almost impossible on a weeknight.
SO - the new plan is as follows:
~ Meet at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre Box Office for ticket pickup at 6:30 p.m. Please note we are not arranging for a bus, as it is too difficult to accommodate everyone's work schedule.
~ Receive your portion of the Raffle proceeds to be used for refreshments or souvenirs at the arena. A new twist is that in addition to an adult ticket and a player ticket, we are able to offer one more complimentary Child ticket (ages 2-13 years) which allows each player to bring a friend or a sibling.
We can offer additional tickets on sale on a first come, first served basis for other family members who would like to attend this game. Please note that tickets for this round have increased: $16.00 per adult and $10.50 per child.
YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION AND THE NUMBER OF TICKETS REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 4 P.M. WEDNESDAY APRIL 6 2011.
