**IMPORTANT! Respect In Sport- New Parent Requirement**
In order to participate in the 2014-2015 hockey season, the OMHA has mandated that the parents of all players registered with the OMHA are required to complete the Respect In Sport Parent Education Program.
At least ONE parent or guardian of each player registered will be required to complete this online course as a condition to their child's participation. Failure of a parent or guardian to complete this program will result in preventing your child from participating in MFMH, as they will not be approved on their teams roster.
The Respect In Sport Program for parents is a unique, in depth 1 hour online program. The cost of the program is $12.00 plus HST.
MFMH has agreed to incur all costs for this program. Access codes were given out individually when your child was registered. If you cannot remember your access code, please contact Amanda VanTol
