Refunds for 2021/22 Season

Please allow approx. 6 weeks for the refund to be issued.



COVID REFUND 
IF YOU ARE NOT INTENDING FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE FULLY VACCINATED BY OCTOBER 17TH, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR WITHDRAWAL FOR A FULL REFUND BY FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 24.  ANY PLAYER CONTINUING TO PLAY AFTER THIS TIME, AND THEN WITHDRAW, WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON OUR POLICY & DATES BELOW.  


  

3.8        Registration Refunds

 

 

(a)         Refunds will be granted according to the date the written application is received by MFMHA and the following table:

 

 

Up to October 15th                                 -         75%

 

Up to November 15th                -                     50%

 

Hereafter                                   -                       0%

 

 

(b)            Once a refund has been issued, the player is no longer eligible to play for the remainder of the rostered

       season.

 

(c)            No late charges will be refunded.

 

 


 

 


"Green" Fundraising lottery tickets will not be refunded until tickets are received back.

Absolutely NO "Green" Fundraising lottery tickets will be refunded after September 30th
