Concussion Awareness Night
Mount Forest Minor Hockey will be hosting a Concussion Awareness Night with guest speaker; former OHL player and Coach Jason Blake, who suffered a life-altering concussion himself, on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in the Leisure Hall Room from 7:00- 9:00 pm.
Come out and learn about what concussions really are, the signs and symptoms, and what to do after the concussion. As well as Baseline testing and what it means.
