2ND ANNUAL BANTAM AND MIDGET OFF ICE AND ON ICE CONDITIONING CAMP

Calling all Bantam and Midget Players!!! 

Drayton Minor Hockey is hosting its 2nd Annual Off ice and On Ice Conditioning camp!!

The camp is for Bantam and Midget aged players. 
Off ice sessions are 1 hour a day, from 9:00am- 10:00am
On ice sessions are 1.5 hours, from 10:30am - 12:00pm
Cost is $125.00 per player.

August 22-26, 2016 @ PMD arena

This is a high-intensity program designed to get players in peak form after a summer away from the rink.
Players will work on the following;
Skating: stride, edgework, quick feet, pivoting
Puck handling: stick handling, passing/receiving, 
Shooting: Forehand/backhand/wrist/snap/slap shots, quick release
Off ice: Improve muscular endurance,speed, power and agility.

They will only be accepting a limited number of players. Please advise by email if you wish to participate.
