To the Parents of Mount Forest Minor Hockey
As owner of the company responsible for supplying your teams with photos- I am very sorry for the way the orders have been handled. My company had a new process in place where I was giving staff members an opportunity to grow our business and for them to earn additional  income . During this process this ran into difficulty with our supplier who prints our photos-. The quality was horrendous and we had to go to another supplier. It is my fault for not dealing with the matter sooner and I take full responsibility for this.

The only way to resolve this issue was to find another supplier and to take control of this matter on my own.
The orders are in process and close to completion but will not be there in time for Christmas as I had promised when orders were placed. My fault completely for not taking this matter into my own hands earlier.
All orders will be completed by January 10 and delivered to Mount Forest- my only outstanding matter is for the 17 parents who ordered hockey cards- There is a special supplier for that item and I need to make sure he can meet the deadline above.
There are also 22 orders that have missing information which the league is providing for me.
I am truly sorry for the way this way handled and it is not the way I conduct business. If there is any consolation to this delay - will be the quality of the images you receive after going through our custom filter twice - will be the best images you have seen for a minor hockey program.
