Update on remaining Photos
Submitted By Amy Parker on Monday, February 3, 2020
To the Executive and Parents of the players of Mount Forest As you are well aware the delivery of the Team /Player photos has been terrible and there are still a few remaining.

I just want everyone to know- we are very close to completing and the reason for the way this whole matter was handled was due to a photographer I contracted to take the photos and supply me with the images. This photographer has turned out to be less than honest and I have images, cash and product missing from our company. She delayed months in getting me the images that were taken and now has not delivered on the Hockey Cards that we have paid for to her. Fortunately I have all the images from your organization and I am in the process of re-ordering the hockey cards and completing the balance of the orders. I know I have told Tammy for the last two weeks I would be there - but now need one more week to re-order the cards. I was promised last Friday I would get them but this person has now gone Awol.

In your leagues case - I am fortunate to have all the images so I can complete the orders- but one associaition is not so lucky- she has all the images of 17 teams and players and now I am in the process of scheduling re-shoots for all those players. You can only imagine the headache this has caused.

I appreciate the understanding from the parents and the organization and I truly hope this has no reflection on Tammy and the executive- they have been amazing to deal with through out this frustrating time.

The persons name is Lora Evans- in case she tries to contact you- I would hesitate to have any type of contact with her.

Once again I am truly sorry for the way this was handled. I am been self employed for over 40 years and never had something like this happen
