OMHA & OWHA Vaccination Policy

Please read the attached policy issued by OMHA, and an update from the OWHA.  

This was not put in place by MFMH, but by our governing bodies.  

We will let our members know how we plan to collect this information as soon as we figure that out.  

If you would like a refund, please find the details on our registration tab under "refunds" on how to go about that.
