Attached are both the OMHA & OWHA Vaccination Policy for eligible girls & boys.
If you will not be able to comply with these policies, then we recommend you withdraw from our program now in order to receive a full refund.
Deadline for withdrawal for 100% refund is September 24. After that date the Refund Policy will be in effect and you will receive back a portion of your registration fees.

There is also a policy being updated from the Township of Wellington North about parents/patrons entering the facility, and they will need to provide proof of full vaccination by September 22nd. We do not know what this looks like yet, but we want everyone to be prepared. If parents will not be meeting this guideline, please discuss with your child on how you plan on proceeding.
We are very sorry the year is progressing like this, our goal is to have every kid that wants to play hockey, to be able to play hockey.
Do not be upset with our executive members, who are all volunteers, we are following the protocols that are put in place by our governing bodies, the government and the Township of Wellington North.
Please remember when you are communicating with our volunteers, other parents and arena staff to be respectful and patient. It is frustrating for everyone involved.
