Arthur Minor Hockey declared Local League Centre
Any Arthur Minor Hockey members who are looking to move to a centre providing Rep hockey will need to complete a Right of Choice Declaration.
Attached below is a copy of the Right of Choice (R.O.C) form. Your centre of choice will be dependent on the distance to the new home centre you have requested. If you are hoping to move your child to Mount Forest Minor Hockey please reach out to
