For any first year players or new to Mount Forest Minor Hockey players please email [email protected] before registering in order to ensure that you are set up properly.
An email address is required in order to register. You will also need to upload a copy of your child's birth certificate and a photo of a utility bill. Finally, unless you did so in a prior season, at least one parent or guardian of each player registered in minor hockey will need to complete the online Respect in Sport PARENT Program as a condition of participation. We cannot roster your child until the program has been completed and is registered to EACH one of your children. Info and link to the course is under the Registration tab on our website. Follow the prompts to complete the course. It takes approx. 1 hour to complete.
Even if you have completed your PRS course previously as an official, you will still need to take the Parent Course, as it is focused more on the Parental side.
Girls age U8 and up wanting to play all girls- please go to the "OWHA Girls Registration tab" for the link.
Girls wishing to stay in the boys/co-ed program will register using the boys registration link.

Installment plans are available with online credit card transactions.
Mount Forest Minor Hockey will be offering 50% off regular fees for full time goalies again this year.
This will be reimbursed to goalie families after all teams have been fully rostered.
