Well to all of the Bantam Rep fans that took part in voting in our team poll "when will we get a story on the teams web site?", the time has come. For those of you that voted for before playoff’s start are the winners. Sorry Brad, not that you couldn’t score this year the awesome way you have been playing! The whole team has come together for the challenge this year and we are doing very well!

Mid December trip to Minto Tournament in Harriston turned to gold for the Mt. Forest Bantam Reps.

1st game Mf vs Minto

1 - 0 Mt. Forest Rams

Brad Cormack guarded the MF net and was tested early on in the match. The dueling teams had end to end action for the first period with neither team on the scoreboard. Mid second period the Rams put the pressure on as Scott Donald found Kevin O’Neill and O’Neill then lifted the puck top shelf to secure the lead. The third period was tough but the Rams held Minto off and pulled off their first win of the tournament.

2nd game Mf vs BCH

1 - 0 Mt. Forest Rams

End to end action for the first period with a stellar performance from our goalkeeper Brad Cormack. Scott Donald found the net unassisted with a rush to the net and a quick snap shot in the second period. With outstanding efforts from the Rams offence and defense working well as a whole team Cormack enjoyed yet another shut out!

3rd game Mf vs Wainfleet

3 - 0 Mt. Forest Rams

With our boys ready to play and up for the challenge to win the championship final they came out flying starting the scoring was David Orr assisted by Alex Bridgewater and Matt Gerrie. Proving that the Rams meant business, forward Devon MacDonald had a quick rush to the net and let the puck rip past the Wainfleet goalkeeper assisted by Ford McCook and Lucas Bonnema. Scott Donald found the net once again in the second period with another unassisted goal. Well Brad I don’t know what they call it but I’ll call it a "Shut out Hat Trick!"

Good Job boys and good luck in the play offs!
