Schedule & Results, Juvenile Rep, 2008-2009 (Mt Forest Minor Hockey Association)

After falling behind quickly 2-0, the Rams responded with 2 of their own to close out the 1st period. First a nice goal by JD Pinder on a fine set up by captain Ian Corley. Colin Moran notched his 2nd of the year firing a rebound into the gaping net after a nifty play by Justin Coburn. The Rams fell behind again in the 2nd only to rebound with another goal by JD off a point shot from Ryan Pinder. Coming out of the intermission the Rams quickly fell behind 6-3 and appeared to be taken out of the game after battling so hard. The Rams however responded quickly with 2 more goals from JD Pinder. First set up by Ian Corley and Evan Shortreed, then set up for his 4th marker of the game, again from Corley. With less than 7 minutes left in the game Matt Ostrander tied it up on an unassisted scramble in the Seaforth. Moran potted his second of the game less than 2 minutes later on a point slapshot from Mitchell Ferguson, also assisted by Zach Arthurs. Seaforth did not stop coming however and knotted the game for the final time with only 2:25 let in the game. Credit to the Rams who are starting to fill the net and did not stop skating right till the final buzzer!
