Peewee Girls, U13, 2010/2011 (Mt Forest Minor Hockey Association)

My last blog! (Hurray from from the background) Provincials. Some interesting facts about this tournament. It takes about two months to complete. Each team has to qualify in thier own area. We had to compete against Orangeville, North Halton, Brampton and Guelph. Our girls made it past these teams with one loss. Just to get past these great teams is a huge success. Now we, as well as our Bantam and Midget teams, get to go to Mississauga for a three day tournament.

Up, up here we go! Way to go girls. You are going to OWHA Provincials, along with the Bantam and Midget teams. Just keep doing what your doing! Don't forget to book your rooms! We are proud of you! Don't forget Lower Lakes Divisional finals against Lucan next Sunday, lets get them!

Live from the field. Girls have won first two games. They are telling me we play tomorrow semifinals. Early game. (note to parents........Beer store running on empty, they are bringing in beer from Chatham.)   Keep up the great work girls. Stay tuned! We are on a roll! One tourney at a time. Championship winners in Mitchell. Finalist`s in Stratford and now Championship winners in Orangeville. Hard work, speed, discipline, passion and for the love of the game does it every time.
