2022-2023 U18LL Season
The U18 Boys had another successful season, ending the regular season 13 (W) - 2 (L) - 1 (T) which placed us in second overall.

At the end of November we entered the Jake Marczenko Memorial Tournament in Dorchester. We played well finishing first in our group, going on to beat the home town team in the semi finals. In the finals the boys got into penally trouble early and London scored 2 quick power play goals and that was the difference in losing the final game 2-0 to London.

In mid-febuary the playoffs started and the boys were moved to the north loop which allowed us to see some different competition. After round robin play the boys were 5(W) - 3 (L) good enough for a second place tie but unable to move on.

At the end of march break we entered the Ang Giajnorio Memorial Winter Thaw Tournament in Niagara Falls. The boys went  1(W) -  1(L)- 1(T), they had a lot of fun and I will leave it at that.

When the boys got back, the elite series was to get started against old time rivals and good friends the Arthur Vipers.  In the first game they came out strong but ended up going down by 2 goals but did not quit, scoring 3 goals in the last 2 minutes of the third. Arthur tied it up late and eventually won in overtime. With the season on the line the boys came out hard in game 2 and a goalie ready to steal the show the boys won 2-0 giving Arthur their first loss in 2 years - ending the vipers 47 winning game streak. NICE JOB BOYS!. This set the stage for game 3, the deciding game. The boys came out hard but eventually ran out of gas and lost 5-0.

I would like to thank the players and parents for the commitment this year to make it run smoothly. Also thank you to Kyle Farnell, Alex Iles, Jacksen McKenzie, and Brayden Darroch for helping out on the bench, couldn’t do it with out you.

A big thank you to Wilson Developments for being our team sponsor this year.
