On the top of the MFMH home page their is a questionaire for parents to complete.
The Board of Directors would like your feedback. Every family is
encouraged to take the time to honestly answer and return this
questionaire for each child registered in MFMH. This feedback is
important to the executive and the future direction of minor hockey in
