U18 GIRLS B, U18, 2023-2024 (Mt Forest Minor Hockey Association)

The U18B Mount Forest Rams won Gold this past weekend in the 28th Annual New Years Challenge in Cambridge.  It was an exciting weekend that included the girls going undefeated, a shootout, and an overtime win against a talented team from Newfoundland!

     The U18B Mount Forest Rams started their season off with an impressive Gold Medal in the Oshawa Fall Classic Tournament.  After going 4-0 in Round Robin, Mount Forest was able to win against a solid Otonabee (Keene) Wolverines Team 2-0 in Semi Finals.  The Final would be against another undefeated team from Pool B the Napanee Crunch.  This great passing team was 27-1 Goals for/against and would take a Shootout to beat.  Our entire bench was able to take their shot in the shootout and it took 11 shots and 11 SAVES, to finally bring home a hard earned Gold Medal!    Nice Job RAMS!!  

U18B Mount Forest Girls First off, I would like to thank all the girls for coming out to the Mount Forest Rams U18B Tryouts!  I realize it has been an exhausting process for most the players and parents.  Some girls were doing multiple tryouts with different teams and still brought a great effort to the tryouts all weekend.  Thank you for this!  

Final Tryout Tomorrow!  We will have our final tryout tomorrow.  I am inviting all the players back for the last tryout.  After tomorrows tryout I will post a final roster for Wednesday's game.  I will have a brief information meeting tomorrow before the tryout at 11:15am.   Thanks Colin
