Rams Tie Oilers 2-2
Mount Forest Rams travelled to Orangeville Saturday November 21st for their first ever game together.

The Oilers and Rams both came out strong with the Oilers striking first. Forwards Brody LeBlanc, Braden Darroch and Eric McLean put the pressure on with many good scoring opportunities.
The Rams retaliated late in the first, when Luke Eurig put one high over the shoulder of the Oiler's goalie. Thanks to the relentless forechecking of Patrick Brown, Owen Troyer, Ashton Hall and Owen Moyer, the Rams spent the second period in Orangeville's end, but the score remained tied at 1-1.
Orangeville scored early in the third putting them ahead by one. Tyler McLean made an awesome glove save keeping the score close. That's all Orangeville would get, due to stellar defencemen: Jake Kleinstuber, Brent Hieber, Owen Weiser and Luke Eurig.
The Rams pulled out all the stops after Orangeville took a penalty late in the game. The Rams pulled their goalie for an extra attacker, and Brodie LeBlanc, with some help from Dylan Dallaire shoved one in to tie it at two.
Congratulations Rams on a great first game. Look forward to more exciting Rams hockey when Orangeville comes to town for a rematch December 6th at 6:00p.m.
