Orangeville Sweetheart Tournament
By Mark Carson. The girls played their final round robin game first thing Sunday morning against Orangeville. Our Rams lost 3-0 and were unfortunately eliminated from the tournament. Skill wise the girls were just as good as Orangeville but where the girls had trouble was the size of their opponents. Orangeville used this to their advantage and muscled the girls off the puck every chance they could. Overall for their first tournament went pretty well. The girls enjoyed playing teams they don't normally get a chance to play. Our Rams will be looking to use the experience from this tournament and applying it to the Walter Gretzky tournament. Our girls will play 4 tournaments this season and will be looking to bring home some medals in the near future. Lets go Rams!!
