Regular Season Opener
The Atom C girls opened their regular season today against Wingham/Lucknow C. Following their two previous exhibition games where they recorded 1 loss and 1 tie, the girls were anticipating in the dressing room before the game that today would be different end result. A pre-game prep talk from the bench staff seem to hit home with the girls as they were able to put together their best game of this early season thus far. The girls controlled the game from the outset and were able to earn their first victory, final score 5-0. Mackenzie was a rock star between the pipes along with some solid play from the defense. The offense played very well also with numerous players factoring in to the final outcome. Well done girls.
