Last Weekend the Rams had two very tough Games!!
On Nov 15th the Rams took to the road against Saugeen Shores Storm and on Nov 16th West Grey came to Mount Forest.

The first game of the weekend didn't quite go as the Girls had planned.  The Saugeen Shores Storm girls had not played a game since Oct 25th and were geared up for this game.  They played an excellent game and were at the Rams from the drop of the puck.  The Rams played hard, but were not able to get their game together and suffered a 5-0 Loss.

The girls knew that they had to play better if they were going to remain undefeated at home against the first place West Grey girls on Saturday.  They did just that!!

The game started with a lot of energy from both teams.  There were chances for both teams but it was the Rams that would strike first.

In the first period, Taylor Mclellan would put the rams up by one, assisted by Taryn North.  The rest of the period was full of exciting end to end action, but both goalies stood strong.

In the second period the Rams gave the fans a "highlight reel" goal when Hanna Gerrie sent a centering pass infront of the West Grey net and Taylor "one timed" it into the back of the net.  The second period would end with the Rams ahead by two.

In the third period the West Grey girls kept coming and the Rams kept exchanging scoring chances.  West Grey would get on the scoreboard with 3 minutes left to cut the lead in half.  This game would go down to the final seconds and West Grey was able to tie the game up with 38 seconds left on the clock.  The game would end in a tie and both teams played an amazing game.

The Rams continue to be a very strong Home team and still have yet to lose a game at Home.  Great Job Girls on bouncing back with a very Strong game the next day!!!!!
